Returns & Exchanges: In the event that you have a Purple Pebble product with a defect in material or craftsmanship, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may promptly send a replacement, or credit your account as necessary. Replacements and credits are issued at our discretion.
Product in new, resalable condition, may be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned in condition other than specified, or later than 90 days from the date of purchase, will not be accepted nor will credit be issued. Freight must be prepaid; Purple Pebble does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping & Delivery: We want you to have our products right away and are committed to shipping as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within a week from the date they are placed.* If you require expedited service, however, please let us know at the time the order is placed so we may do our best to accommodate you.
In the event that an item is back ordered, you will be notified and given the option of accepting a partial shipment.
Please note that BEDDING and TOYS are shipped separately from LEEDZ and COLLARZ; the former are shipped FEDEX Ground, and the latter are shipped via UPS Ground.
* Lead time on “Volume” orders will be determined on a case by case basis. We will inform you if your order falls into this category. |
